good work collective
We are here to do good. We are here to work in relationship with others, towards a common goal that includes the creation of a world where all people can be and do good. For us, OD (organization development) is the field that has brought us together, given us skills and tools and mindsets that are fundamentally about the creation of a better tomorrow for all.
Go OD. Do Good Work.
Who We Are
Good Work Collective is a cooperative of OD practitioners committed to social justice and transforming systems through shared projects and learning. We practice whole system change with joy at the center.
Our Mission
What We Do
We organize conferences, support emerging practitioners, and run low-bono projects to bring OD’s values into communities and education. We see ourselves as part of the solution, and we're committed to the work and each other.
Our Services
Collaborative projects and learning to uplift OD practice.
Conferences
International events raising funds for emerging practitioners.
Low-Bono Projects
Supporting nonprofits with affordable OD services nationwide.
Speakers Bureau
Outreach to youth and schools on OD’s value.
Concierge OD Engagement
We provide a space for boutique firms to collaborate and work large and small projects together. For clients, we provide a curated listing of OD practitioners, and one stop shop for all of your organizational needs.
Advocacy Work
Good Work Collective uplifts member owners with training and support for public speaking, and acts as a speakers bureau for all things OD. We get our community in front of youth, educators and communities to share the value and importance of OD mindsets.
Through this work we seek to connect more people to our practice, and create greater opportunities for growing interest in what we do for those who want to become a part of our field and for those who want to hire our people.
To change something, you must build a new model that makes the old model obsolete.
