Good Work Collective is a cooperative of OD practitioners committed to social justice and transforming systems through shared projects and learning. We practice whole system change with joy at the center.

What We Do

We organize conferences, support emerging practitioners, and run low-bono projects to bring OD’s values into communities and education. We see ourselves as part of the solution, and we're committed to the work and each other.

We're just getting started, with our first conference to launch in 2026. While we are building this opportunity to have bigger, tougher dialogues outside the box, we're also actively setting up the Collective. We see a future for OD that includes being in more sectors, doing more work, for more impact with more kinds of people. We see a future where OD is a sought after career path, where we elevate each other and the important work ahead through deep collaboration, radical transparency, and a system redesign that seeks to cut out hierarchy, classism, racism and gender bias so that all can participate and thrive.
